Infrared Sauna Sessions

Step into stillness. Our infrared sauna uses gentle, penetrating heat that works differently from traditional saunas — warming your body directly rather than the air around you, reaching deeper into muscle and tissue for a more effective, more comfortable session. Whether you're unwinding after a day on the mountain, recovering between workouts, or simply carving out time for yourself, an infrared session is one of the most powerful things you can do for your body in 30–45 minutes. Book as a standalone ritual or add it onto any treatment to amplify your results.

Benefits of infrared sauna

A gentler, deeper heat

Because infrared saunas heat your body directly rather than the surrounding air, they operate at lower temperatures than traditional saunas, making them accessible and comfortable for a wider range of guests, including those who find conventional sauna heat overwhelming.

Relaxation & stress relief

The physiological response to infrared heat, like gentle sweating, elevated heart rate, and loosened muscles, mirrors that of moderate exercise, leaving most guests with a lasting sense of ease and well-being long after their session ends.

Potential health support

Research published by institutions including the Mayo Clinic has explored infrared sauna use in connection with conditions like high blood pressure, arthritis, headache, and type 2 diabetes, with promising early findings. While larger studies are still needed, no harmful effects have been reported, making it a low-risk, high-reward addition to your wellness routine.

Cardiovascular & circulation benefits

Like moderate exercise, an infrared session naturally raises your heart rate and gets blood moving, supporting circulation and giving you that post-workout flush with far less exertion.

Skin & recovery

Deep sweating helps purge pores and supports your body’s natural recovery process, leaving skin refreshed and muscles less tight, especially welcome after a long day at altitude.

*Infrared sauna therapy is a complement to, not a replacement for, medical care. If you have an existing health condition, we recommend checking with your provider before booking.
